On-Site Walkthrough
Owner Gavril Lita will personally meet you at the project location to verify dimensions, inspect substrates, and talk through design goals. Already picked your tile? Great. Still deciding? We’ll recommend options, trims, grout, and heated-floor possibilities that fit your style and use.
Step 3
Design Details & Proposal
We translate the on-site walkthrough into a clear scope of work: layout approach, edge profiles, waterproofing method, substrate correction, and project coordination with other trades. You’ll receive a transparent line-item proposal - no guesswork, no surprises.

Romanian Roots, Sacramento Craft: Gavril Lita
With over 15 years of experience in high-end custom tile installation, I began my craft at 19 and have since honed my skills to deliver exceptional artistry and precision. As part of a large family with 15 siblings, I carry forward a rich legacy rooted in Romanian heritage, where my family brought their expertise in tile work to the U.S. in the 1980s. Passionate about transforming spaces with meticulous attention to detail, I take pride in creating stunning, bespoke tile designs that elevate every project.
Step 4
Schedule & Prep
Once you’re ready to move forward, we lock in dates, confirm material availability, and outline a day-by-day plan. Before any demolition, we protect adjacent finishes, set up dust control, and stage the workspace so your home stays orderly.
Step 5
Build & Install
We remove existing finishes, correct flatness and plane, install membranes, and execute the layout with tight joints and balanced cuts. Tile is set to spec, allowed proper cure time, then grouted, caulked at movement points, and cleaned for a crisp finish. Heated floors and glass coordination as specified.
Step 6
Walkthrough & Warranty
We review every detail with you, handle any punch items promptly, and share care instructions tailored to your materials. Our workmanship is backed by a written warranty—so your tile looks exceptional on day one and for years to come.
